Zusammenkommen/Get-together – Museum der Moderne RUPERTINUM

We will visit the Museum der Moderne – Rupertinum, located in the center of the old city, close to the famous Salzburg Festival district. A guided tour will provide insights into the history of the museum, its collection and the current exhibition. The Rupertinum museum was founded in 1983 and is located in the heart of the city center, next to the Festival Hall. The valuable museums collection includes 55,000 works of art, with a focus on graphic art and photography from the 20th and 21st century. Various exhibitions showcase the modern works of international artists.

Wir besuchen das Museum der Moderne – Rupertinum im Herzen der Salzburger Altstadt, in Nachbarschaft zum berühmten Festspielbezirk. Bei einer spannenden Führung erhalten wir Einblicke in die Geschichte des Museums, die umfassenden Sammlungen und in die aktuelle Ausstellung. 1983 wurde das Rupertinum in der Salzburger Altstadt gegründet, mit Sammlungsschwerpunkt auf grafische Kunst des 20. und 21. Jahrhunderts und Fotografie. Mittlerweile umfasst die Sammlung 55.000 Objekte, zusätzlich präsentieren sich internationale, zeitgenössische Künstler:innen in unterschiedlichsten Ausstellungen.
