- Challenging hike: approx. 11 km, 1,300 m ascent, 4–5 hours
- Easier option: cable car ascent, meeting point at 9:45 am at the Untersbergbahn valley station (Dr.-Friedrich-Oedl-Weg 2, 5082 Grödig)
What to bring (both levels): sturdy shoes with good grip, hiking poles, and a jacket (waterproof in case of rain).
