We’ll kick off with a short introduction to Innovation Salzburg and its role in strengthening innovation, collaboration, and future-oriented development in the region. Learn how Innovation Salzburg connects businesses, research institutions, startups, and creative communities, and why cross-disciplinary collaboration is becoming increasingly important in the age of AI and digital transformation.

Pioniergarage Salzburg

Discover the Pioniergarage, Salzburg’s makerspace for innovators, creators, and technology enthusiasts. With access to modern prototyping equipment, workshops, and a growing community of makers, the Pioniergarage helps people turn ideas into tangible projects. We’ll also share insights into the new AI and technology-focused activities and opportunities available at the recently expanded location.

Startup Salzburg

Many successful startups begin with identifying real user needs — something designers and UX professionals do every day. In this session, Startup Salzburg will provide an overview of the regional startup ecosystem, the support available for aspiring founders, and key considerations for anyone thinking about developing an idea into a business. Expect practical insights, examples, and guidance for taking the first steps into entrepreneurship. Startup Salzburg supports innovative founders through coaching, training, expert networks, and connections across the regional ecosystem.
